How to Enter a US Dream Properties Contest

- There are five separate US Dream Properties contests to enter. Each US Dream Properties contest has a specific prize: Potomac River Waterfront Property Contest, Oxon Park Apartments Contest, Hot Springs House Contest, Watergate Townhouse Unit Contest, and the Port Royal Condominium Contest. There are also bonus prizes associated with three of the property contests: A Nine-carat Diamond Ring, Diamond Bracelet, and an Emerald and Diamond Tennis Necklace.
- Pick a Dream Property that you would like to learn about. You can click on an image, the title, or the Enter Contest Click Here link to get detailed information and view the Dream Property you are interested in.
Here is an example:
- View the technical
description, Appraisal Value, and images of the property that you like to enter.
- When you are ready to enter one of the US Dream Property Contests, scroll down to the bottom of the property page that you are interested in and follow the moving red arrow.
Click on the I want to Enter the Contest! button.

- Take your time and carefully read the Contest Rules and Regulations in the Text box. If you
agree to the Rules and Regulations, press the I Have Read and Accept the Rules
& Regulations button to continue.

- Your Shopping Cart will give detailed information on $100.00 entrance fee. After you have reviewed
the Entrant and Processing Fees, click on Checkout Now button.

- To insure and validate your contest entry, please be sure to accurately fill out your Account Registration information.
- Review the Contest Account Confirmation page. In 75 words or less, write why you think that you
should win the property.
- 10. Finally, select one of the payment options.
Example: electronic
check, credit card, or debit card.
Once we have received payment, your Account Information and Essay will be entered into our highly secured entrant database for our preliminary judges to evaluate.
The final judges will
review the top 2% entrant essays. If your essay is selected as the winning
entry, The US Dream Properties game Confident will contact you and set a time
a place to award you the deed to the property.
Your essay will be
displayed on the US Dream Properties web site for the media and general public
to review.
